Bachelors of Arts in Multimedia and Mass Communication (BAMMC) department previously known as Bachelors of Mass Media (BMM), a professional course, has been part of Wilson College for more than 2 decades. It has been extremely sought after by aspirants of the myriad forms of mass communication. It has taken up a notch being renamed as BAMMC in July, 2019. Wilson BAMMC, with a vision to provide holistic education, has inculcated in its teaching methodology the ideas of learning through several quizzes, debates, group discussions, interactive sessions, guest lectures, industrial visits in the programme. In the avenue of BAMMC, it's pivotal to strike the right balance between theory and practicalities.
The Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia communication (B.A.M.M.C). Department of Wilson College endeavours to produce graduates with advance knowledge in communication, preparing them to be the leaders in mass communication with integrity, ethics, creativity, insightful attitudes, and essential skills. The department has a vast number of books on media-related Courses and a sufficient number of still and video cameras available to the students.

Short Biography:
A dedicated educator since 2018, she began her teaching journey and has accumulated valuable experience over these years. Prior to academia, She has served as an intern report and social media executive at Maharashtra 1. Currently serving as the BOS chairman for the BAMMC department since 2021, I've taken a proactive role in developing syllabi for various courses, including FYBAMMC, SYBAMMC autonomous, and FYBAMMC under the new National Education Policy (NEP). Her focus has always been for enhancing the overall educational experience by organizing co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, ensuring the department's commitment to high-quality teaching and student development.

Short Biography:
Former Head of the BMM (16 years), Political Science Department and Nature Club, with more than 38 years of teaching experience. An Alma-mata of Wilson College, Mr.Sudhakar has also authored a book, Living Nature: Journeys and Conversations about Biodiversity in India.

Short Biography:
As a student of literature, Mrs. Gupta Dutta has specialized in Feminism and Gender Studies, the idea of Female Body to be of particular interest. Other research areas where she has had the opportunity to explore happen to be Theatre Studies, Modern Literature, Post-colonial Literature and Shakespeare. Ms. Gupta Dutta has presented papers at both National and International Conferences and Seminars, along with invited lectures. Being an avid reader and published poet, she has papers published in her name. She started her career in 2017 and since then has been associated with various institutes across West Bengal. She has headed the Department of English, Vedanta College in Kolkata for a year.

Served as a Visiting Faculty of Film Studies at the University of Mumbai and KBP Hinduja College, he shared his cinema knowledge, contributing to aspiring enthusiasts and professionals. Beyond academics, Nilay's diverse film taste and active exploration in production enrich his understanding of storytelling and visual language. His unique blend of achievements and a genuine love for cinema positions him for a significant impact in filmmaking and teaching.

Sharvi Tawde, a media industry professional with roles at Zee, ABP, and Ultra Media & Entertainment, transitioned to become an entertainment reporter. In 2018, she began her media journey, earning a Bachelor's in Mass Media in 2021. Driven by a passion for sharing knowledge, she turned to teaching, obtaining her Master's in 2023. That year, she distinguished herself by qualifying the National Eligibility Test (NET) and State Eligibility Test (SET), highlighting her commitment to media and nurturing future talents.
